“I just ordered 3 of their lunch specials. I ordered around 12:40-12:45pm. they told me 10 mins and it would be ready. I show up at 1:05, 20 mins after I ordered to make sure it was ready. as I got there I was waiting for a good 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Then I hear a cook come out and say "I just used all the Mexican rice so we ran out. we have enough for the plates ordered but there's no more." after that a girl waitress says "not fair im taking that because I wanted one to go." mind you this is 30 mins after I ordered my food already (still haven't been acknowledged) I finally get a girl to help me and cash me out and what do you know. there's no rice. even tho the cook said he ran out way after I placed my order. but one of the girls wanted it to go home instead that worked there.“

“I want to tell you what a jewel you have in Norma. We took my uncle out for his 86th birthday to Chili's which is one of his favorite restaurants. Apparently, Norma has been Uncle Joe's waitress for 30 years. She's an absolutely wonderful waitress and human being. She deserves a raise!!“
