I want to tell you what a jewel you have in Norma. We took my uncle out for his 86th birthday to Chili's which is one of his favorite restaurants. Apparently, Norma has been Uncle Joe's waitress for 30 years. She's an absolutely wonderful waitress and human being. She deserves a raise!!
I like the new rewards program.
Brenda did was our bartender and she did an outstanding job!

Chili's Grill & Bar offers perfectly cooked burgers and attentive service. The chicken fried steak and street corn remain favorites among customers. While some may find it an average choice, many appreciate the friendly and efficient servers who ensure a pleasant dining experience. The staff are respectful and sweet, with wonderful servers who provide excellent customer service. The food is good, and the drinks are cold and satisfying. Even though it is the smallest Chili's some have visited, the quality of food and service matches that of larger locations. The overall cleanliness of the establishment is maintained well, though the floor could be cleaner. This restaurant is a great option for travelers, especially those between San Antonio and the Valley, looking for a reliable stop.
