“I want to tell you what a jewel you have in Norma. We took my uncle out for his 86th birthday to Chili's which is one of his favorite restaurants. Apparently, Norma has been Uncle Joe's waitress for 30 years. She's an absolutely wonderful waitress and human being. She deserves a raise!!“
