There's a donut shop on every corner here. And they all get donuts from the same wholesaler, delivered at 3am daily...

...except for one. That one exception is called Max's Donuts in Allen. BEST DONUTS IN THE WORLD! Made on site. Always fresh, dense and chewy.

Are they paying me to post this? HECK NO! Their donuts are like $1.19 and weigh a pound.

Marketing.... they don't need it. Their product sells itself. Line out the door.

They don't know who I am, but I've spent thousands there.

I'd hate to know how many times me and my family have stopped here for donuts over the years and have never gotten anything but extremely fast and friendly service. Often with an extra donut or two thrown in for free. Now, if you show up at 1:30 PM as one reviewer did, you may not have much choice, but I'd hazard a guess that most every small donut shop in the US would be the same.“

“Sonny's is my regular pre-golf stop. Read a couple of negative reviews... obviously competition or people who bring problems instead of solutions. Great doughnuts, friendly, trustworthy owners. All I can say is give them a chance and try it out. Then if you live nearby you will be back as a regular.“
