My wife and I dropped by for a glass of wine in MAY of 2025.
The bar has a very nice selection of wines, so I am sure you can find something that pleases your palate.
The bartender, Ian, was great helping us find what we would like to taste. Came up with some very good suggestions. And you taste this wine before you buy a glass.
The bar has several seating areas - big couches with a center table, so you can sit relaxed and enjoy your wine.
We chose to sit at the bar.
Overall an exceptional experience.
Definitely a place to visit and revisit.“

“Clean and modern. I had a brisket and sweet potato entree. Banana bread pudding / not great flavor.
Parking: It was in reading other reviews from other customers before me, that there is a parking garage, just a block or two down from Jasper‘s. I think it was called city Corp…? And I think it was free because I didn’t see anywhere to have to pay and the crossbar was up and there was a lot of empty parking spaces.“

“Been coming for 5 months. Pizza & meatballs=delicious. The best happy hour I've found in Plano. High quality cocktails for 5 bucks (try Maple Old Fashioned & Caipirinha) & pizza (Mexican Elote bomb & vegan options) for 8.00?! Yes, please! Top reason I keep coming back is bartender, Israel. He is a DOLL! The smile, the Brazilian accent, the fun stories & the overall way he values you as a customer...fabulous! Do yourself a favor and go see Israel...ask him for a serenade...his voice is beauty! If I could post a vid of him singing I would! See ya'll soon!!“

“Service and food were TOP NOTCH! I got Surf and Turf Filet / Scallops, and M'lady got Scallops, Scallops, Scallops! So good! We got seated quickly by being flexible to bar seating, even though the place was hoppin and on a wait! Bar seating was a perfectly comfortable table. Will be back!“

“Food here was really good! They have wine flight options as well as wine by the glass and bottle.
Decent place, not sure if it’s new or been around but I just noticed it recently. Doesn’t scream wine bar from walking up but the outside patio is really nice.“
