I was kinda pieved about it at first, not once I saw my pork chops though. those youngins can have the buffet. I'm a big boy and the two pork chops and broccoli and salad made me so full my wife needed a wheel barrow to roll me out. ?? excellent food and cook today, and great service. was told the cook had been there about 6-7 years. “3 years later and this place is still amazing! Now they have a full menu of great food, and they are kicking butt in the beer, seltzer, and cocktail game. Travis and Raven continue to better an already amazing establishment.Highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a flight of beer and a klobasnik! “Awesome spot! Soooo much character. We rode our bikes over from Thousand Trails campground. Bar is clean, and bartender/owner has incredible stories. In fact you can even pick up a few of the books he's written if you're lucky! Shuffleboard, pool, big TV, and cheap beer. Awesome spot, even if there aren't cars in the lot... stop!”

“It was really good. Such a fun place. Great food and drinks. Cold beer. They are short handed as far as servers and there seems to be confusion as to who is actually your server but it worked. Grilled chicken was some of the best I’ve had. Hubs loved the wings. They were huge. Salad was fresh. Definitely recommend.”

“I always pass by the sign while heading up to Houston on IH-10 and I finally stopped by to enjoy this barbecue. I stopped by at 1:30 in the afternoon on a rainy Wednesday evening and they're only about three patrons in the restaurant and a couple people in the drive-thru. I enjoyed the quick service and the very reasonable prices. I had a two meat plate with brisket and sausage (which I thought were pretty generous portions) and three sides which consisted of mac and cheese, coleslaw, and green beans. I thought the mac and cheese needed a bit of pepper but otherwise it was pretty commensurate with other barbecue joint mac and cheese's. I thoroughly enjoyed the green beans and the coleslaw and I thought both were very tasty and flavorful. I got a free piece of bread but it was just run of the mill white loaf, nothing special. Now onto the meat! I found the brisket to be a little salty in certain areas where I got pieces of bark, but otherwise I found it to be very tender and succulent. I enjoyed seeing the visible smoke ring on every piece of meat and it tasted nicely when dipped into the homemade barbecue sauce. With my one piece of bread, I made a little brisket sandwich by adding some pickles and onions to the mix. I really enjoyed the sausage which I thought was quite excellent and have no complaints about it whatsoever and will order again when I come back. I also ordered a pecan pie, and as the kids say these days "it was mid".According to prior Google review photos, It seemed that there used to be a multitude of taxidermied animal friends on the walls of this restaurant but they must have remodeled as the number of animal heads on the inside has reduced dramatically and is far more tasteful looking (check out some of the prior photos and you'll agree that it was a lot of eyes staring at you when you take a bite out of that pork rib). Other than the heads on the wall, The interior was a bit barebones in terms of decor and you are served on polystyrene plates and plastic utensils so don't expect Ritz-Carlton level service. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I rank it in the high average compared to other Texas barbecue joints. I would definitely go back again.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat level entry with a pretty smooth parking lot. All tables are chair height.”

“Eating at Taco Tony’s since 2010 and while it has been consistently fair to good, under daughter Martha’s leadership, she has this place going! they have made it hard to go to other restaurants when you can’t get any better Carne GuiSada, or enchiladas than you can here. Thank you. Well done.”

“Not much to look at from the outside. Both subways are just OK to me, but this one had really good service and the staff seems friendly and happy to be at work which is a plus. Got the meatball marinara protein they put extra cheese and I qualified for a free cookie by using the app so that was also a plus. Overall this is a average stock subway but the food quality and staff is a better than average.”

“This roadside subway fulfilled the expectations of Subway with good sandwhiches and snails pace service caused more by the place being woefully understaffed, rather than the worker being slow. Actually the wonderful lady making our sandwhiches was fast enough to probably compete in some kind of sandwhich slinging showdown- but hand making sandwhiches for every person, plus running the register is just a slow process.”

“Came here on the way from Austin. The restaurant is clean and nice. I ordered the mini tacos with a side of rice and was very pleased with my order, however I do wish it came with a jalapeño. The food came out in a timely manner. The waitress wasn’t enthusiastic but nor was she rude or mean to us. The pricing is okay, other places are a tad cheaper and include more food. I would still come back, I enjoyed the atmosphere and my meal”

“This was just a stop and go kind of meal. We just got a couple of Whoppers and headed out. The staff seemed friendly but it did take a while to come into the speaker, but they were polite overall. We got our food correctly and in a timely matter.”
