I ended up with someone else's order. Several attempts to call the restaurant with no answer. Delivery guy also tried calling them with same results. Then I'm told I have to file a claim with customer support!
Y'all won't get my business again! EVER!
Looks like they made the large containers smaller. They gave us plain white containers with no name. And just slightly bigger than the small. Wow! Chicken is not spicy what so ever when you get the spicy. Red beans and rice are bland and watery, no flavor at all. Will never go back there again. Just horrible.
Excellent customer service at the Alvin, Tx location! Sandra and her entire crew prepared a large call-in order to feed 50+ people in a matter of minutes and was still able to run the drive-thru and front counter! We picked it up and were on our way in no time!
Thank you Alvin Popeyes! We will remember you guys and be back!
