So the Alvin Popeyes used to be just awful, HOWEVER there is a new batch of employees and it has improved! Staff is always so friendly, food is served promptly and always accurate and hot and fresh! My family loves the menu, blackened chicken sandwich, original chicken sandwich, wings and the fries and potatoes can’t go wrong with anything you choose. I do miss the beignets.
Went thru the drive today. Our order was not correct. This is the 2nd time this has happened in 2 months. Order takef struggles with taking the order. We repeated twice what we wanted. He finally repeated what we wanted. We get home and discover our incorrect.

Food is delicious and warm when I got home only issue I had was that the food I ordered wasn't what I brought home with me. I live on the other side of town so I had to drive all the way over there again with all my hungry kids in the rain to get my correct order and by the time I got home my sides were cold. I have no complaints but my order was wrong. Food was yummy tho.
