“First time the family visited and we were beyond satisfied. The food was actually homemade and NOT said to be. You can taste the difference. Service was top notch, very friendly, fast and on top of everything. Prices very reasonable and you get a really good amount for what's charged. Upbeat clean atmosphere. Definitely well with the trip and will be going back.“

“Well my 2nd venture in the last year for Whataburger Had a single patty cheese bacon Fully loaded Mayo mustard lettuce pickles onion tomato It was a good burger meat needs seasoning other than my usual salt and pepper big bun The Decatur Whataburger is always packed but their staff can handle it a great team Note I have had several breakfast from the drive thru always great“

“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Went into the store, instead of going thru the drive-thru........
Upon entering, a female working behind the counter and register areas told me that she would be right with me as she was assisting the drive- thru with an order. Five (5) orders later, she asked me, Can I help you? Then, she moved away from the register and assisted a lady with a Grub Hub order.
Finally, she was able to take my order!!!!
The order to awhile, but I finally got my did order. I did a few other things that happened, but I'm going to stop right here.
Overall, the food was good and what I had ordered with no mistakes. I'm patient, but I believe that my order should be taken a lot sooner, and not a long as it took.“

“I want to salute the complete McDonald's Team at this location. They all owed huge gratitude from my heart. How they handled the critical situation of my husband. He is one of their regular customer as long haul Canadian Trucker. He had some serious incident at the location with his health and whole team involved to get him out from that situation and saved his life. I can't thank enough. This is the best example of Team unity, customer focused, Care , attention. Loved it.“
