This is the only HTeaO location that I’ve been to that basically refuses to carry out your 5 gallon refills for you. Every other place usually does it automatically, or at least offers, but this location just sets them on the counter and says “ thanks”. I usually have at least 3-4, so have to make at least three trips back and forth to my car while the employees just stand there.
