“This is an interesting local restaurant. I can tell they make their own food. You won't get a prepacked meal here. They even make their bread fresh. The decor is the history of Amarillo. I knew about some of the old department stores, but not all.

If you are looking for a local restaurant that makes their own food instead of a chain that prepacked their food, this is your place.“

“We placed a large door dash order today for lunch. The dasher didn’t pick up all of the bags in our order so we were missing most of our meal. I called the store and talked to a very kind woman. She not only brought us the food herself but threw in some Cinnabons! She 100% did not have to do that! We are very appreciative that our order was made whole! “Don't let the location throw you off. This location is inside a truckers gas station, but the staff makes sure that the presentation and appearance is clean. It's a small truckers gas station but, it's clean. This subway is a 24 hr spot. That's a big bonus in this town

“I stopped here today 5/9/2021 April did my order and let me tell you she is amazing very friendly she does your sandwich just the way you ask her too and I travel cross country and this subway is cleanest subway/restaurant I have stopped in years. Subway you have a very good employee. Thank you.“

“Online, I ordered a southwestern salad with gluten free chicken. When I went to pick it up I asked the cashier if she could confirm it was GF and she had no idea even after reading my order. She had to get a manager to confirm my order was correct. The manager said all their chicken tenders are always gluten free so that’s a big plus for future orders! The salad was delicious!“

“Ordered a seafood sandwich, with double meat, the sandwich was excellent but it was apparent there wasn't double meat, next time I will have it put on the side, the sandwich was very over priced my bill was over 18.00 for a regular sandwich with double meat and a bag of chips, that is more than if I went to cracker barrel or Teddy Jack's restaurant which comes with two sides a bread and a drink.“

“This was by far the best experience I have ever had at Subway . The young lady that catered to me was very nice, made my sandwich to my spec and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted.I don't eat at Subway much because the customer service is normally very bad.But this young lady was outstanding.I'm a dessert Storm veteran and work at the VA near this location.I didn't get her name, but u guys need to keep her.I would really appreciate it if u guys will tell how much I appreciated her.Hell, I'm gonna eat a lot more because of her.“

“Love the deserts. They make cinnamon rolls called 'Cinnabons' and they're delicious. We also had pizza and it was great. All the workers are nice, and it is an all around great place.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty kid friendly, no reason not to take children.“

“I called and was directed to the catering department and spoke with a lady named D. I was looking for information about catering for my grandmothers 87th birthday coming up with 50 guest. I had a lot of questions because the website was a little hard to navigate for me. I had to even call back a second time and then spoke with a lady named zanthia. I just want to say these ladies were so patient with all my questions and gave me different options and ideas. As soon as we make our final decision we will be calling these ladies back to make our Order for the party.“

“The service is very slow. There was only one guy at 8 pm and he took 10 min to get to us coz he was doing DoorDash orders. He was very slow too. It took us 20 min to get out of the place with our sandwich. It’s not a fast food. The toasting went a bit too far and hardened the bread.

Overall not good. Not recommended.“

The sub was big, packed with fresh ingredients, and tasted delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially if Mary is there to make my order!“

“Food here is great. During peak hours of lunch and sometimes dinner, they are significantly under-staffed at the time of this review, so the service is fairly slow. Regardless all staff are still very kind, polite and do a great job of making us aware of how long things take. Always enjoy coming here.

“Well the staff are very friendly and patient with you if you have someone in your group that can't make up their mind and I love there food and deals they have too.

Vegetarian options: I love all the variety of vegetables toppings too especially if you have a restriction on the kinds of foods you can eat.

Parking: They having nice enough area to park in but wish it was bigger parking lot.

Dietary restrictions: I'm glad they have stuff on the window that tells you how many calories or grams everything has it helps a lot, because I can only have so much calories for that day.“

Parking: It's more parking so if you get there at the right time, there's plenty of parking you get there at the wrong time. You might walk a little.

Kid-friendliness: It's a mall setting.Kids can run all over the place as long as they're not breaking stuff and stealing stuff from running into people
