“Online, I ordered a southwestern salad with gluten free chicken. When I went to pick it up I asked the cashier if she could confirm it was GF and she had no idea even after reading my order. She had to get a manager to confirm my order was correct. The manager said all their chicken tenders are always gluten free so that’s a big plus for future orders! The salad was delicious!“

The young lady that catered to me was very nice, made my sandwich to my spec and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted.I don't eat at Subway much because the customer service is normally very bad.But this young lady was outstanding.I'm a dessert Storm veteran and work at the VA near this location.I didn't get her name, but u guys need to keep her.I would really appreciate it if u guys will tell how much I appreciated her.Hell, I'm gonna eat a lot more because of her.“

“Don't let the location throw you off. This location is inside a truckers gas station, but the staff makes sure that the presentation and appearance is clean. It's a small truckers gas station but, it's clean. This subway is a 24 hr spot. That's a big bonus in this town

“We placed a large door dash order today for lunch. The dasher didn’t pick up all of the bags in our order so we were missing most of our meal. I called the store and talked to a very kind woman. She not only brought us the food herself but threw in some Cinnabons! She 100% did not have to do that! We are very appreciative that our order was made whole! “I called and was directed to the catering department and spoke with a lady named D. I was looking for information about catering for my grandmothers 87th birthday coming up with 50 guest. I had a lot of questions because the website was a little hard to navigate for me. I had to even call back a second time and then spoke with a lady named zanthia. I just want to say these ladies were so patient with all my questions and gave me different options and ideas. As soon as we make our final decision we will be calling these ladies back to make our Order for the party.“

“We were traveling thru looking for drive-thru places. This says drive thru & it is NOT, but, before discovering that, we already scoured Google maps menu & picked orders because I'm that person who likes to be prepared when I walk into new places plus everything sounded good. The second I was acknowledged by the girl at the counter, she seemed, to me, immediately vexed by my presence. I ordered the Tuscan which, again, was on their menu on Google maps, & she looked confused. She asked an older lady that came from the back & she told me they don't make it anymore. So I learned to not trust Maps menu. The lady was really nice & went to find a current sandwich that was like the Tuscan. While she did that I ordered another sandwich, a drink & a Cinnabon. The lady returned & recommended a sandwich which I later enjoyed. I filled my cup waited for my order which was brought by another girl who also seemed nice. So mostly everyone was sweet & food was pretty good. I might try them again.“

“Ordered a seafood sandwich, with double meat, the sandwich was excellent but it was apparent there wasn't double meat, next time I will have it put on the side, the sandwich was very over priced my bill was over 18.00 for a regular sandwich with double meat and a bag of chips, that is more than if I went to cracker barrel or Teddy Jack's restaurant which comes with two sides a bread and a drink.“

“I tried Jimmy John’s for the first time today and I will definitely be back. My sandwich tasted amazing but my favorite part was the pesto pasta salad! It tasted so good that i bought the $15 container to meal prep my lunches this week!“

“The service is very slow. There was only one guy at 8 pm and he took 10 min to get to us coz he was doing DoorDash orders. He was very slow too. It took us 20 min to get out of the place with our sandwich. It’s not a fast food. The toasting went a bit too far and hardened the bread.

Overall not good. Not recommended.“

“These guys were awesome !! My husband and I are on a restrictive diet and when asked if they could make us a philly without a bun they were more than accommodating. The owner was genuinely kind and friendly and the rest of there staff was absolutely wonderful will be coming here every time we shop at the mall from now on!“

“Food here is great. During peak hours of lunch and sometimes dinner, they are significantly under-staffed at the time of this review, so the service is fairly slow. Regardless all staff are still very kind, polite and do a great job of making us aware of how long things take. Always enjoy coming here.
