I ordered food on 08.23. It was supposed to be ready at 535 pm. When I arrived, it was not ready. That's ok, it was a Sunday during dinner, so i waited patiently. It wasn't ready until 555 pm. There was a gentleman waiting to order when I got there. It took them about 7 minutes to taje his order. The store was a mess and the workers seemed really frazzled. The fountain drink area was not stocked with the correct lids, so I let the young lady know. She stocked them right away....read full review
I wish I could give more stars! I've never had Schlotzsky's before and I will tell you the young man who waited on us was so helpful, kind, and had great customer service. The lady in the back making the sandwiches was amazing and sweet and nice. I had a rough day and they didnt know it but their attitude and customer service just made my day. Thank-you so much!
Would love to say Thank you to an amazing worker! Trekedia is wonderful, amazing, cheerful and an outstanding worker! We usually go to the one on Ross, my son says definitely coming to this happy place on Kentucky. Thank you Trekedia for making our visit amazing!
