“On this particular evening, the waitress was having problems with the Cook and she took over and ran the restaurant by herself and did an outstanding job. She kept her composure and no one left due her ability to manage all duties with ease. She didn't crumble under pressure. And no one was upset with having to wait a little bit longer. I think we were all amazed at her composure.“
“I always love waffle house, but today my server Cara went above and beyond for my father and I. We sat down and ordered but ended up having to get it to go. Cara took care of us and made sure we had drinks to go and had us checked out swiftly.“
“Always an Amarillo/Canyon trip favorite. Poor waitress had far too many customers to handle and we saw two tables walk out instead of waiting. The waitress seriously did her best despite overwhelming understaffing. The Sunday night crowd filled at least 3/4 of the booths and counter. But the food was exactly as ordered despite the wait.“
“The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, and I really appreciated how attentive our server was to our family throughout our visit. Our order came out correctly, which made for a great dining experience. The only minor issue was that the hash browns could have been cooked a little longer. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable meal and would definitely come back.“
