My mother went to place an order for our family and we had all looked up the menu online. The people had no clue how to ring in the order even though the items clearly exist in the menu. The. One of the employees spilled a drink so a large area in front of the counter was wet. The employee kicked the ice out of the way and had zero concern for the wet floor in addition to bringing rude when my mother pointed out it was still wet.
