Wendy's in Amarillo

“I gave it a four because of the frosties got to love the frosties everything has changed on the food wise Yes still fresh burgers but the patties are smaller and I don't care if they say oh it's still quarter pound before weight or half pound before weight then why are the patties smaller on the button. Wendy's is like every fast food restaurant they're scrambling to keep people and when they get them they don't use them they're under managed understaffed and your food is so rushed it looks like crap when you get it. The atmosphere is poor that's all I can say it could be better and it can be worse that is why I got a three.“

“Lady at counter, very busy and very nice. Pretty as well, she reminds me of Reeba, the country singer.
I was given the most honey buttery chicken biscuit ever and enjoyed every bite. Also, my iced coffee was soooo good and flavored, thank you! Finally, someone makes it right.
There is also a sink for handwashing outside the bathroom!!!“

“Great food. Great service. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. Staff was busy with customers. The manager came out and cleaned tables and sweeped the floor. What an example of strong leadership. We had just walked out of Braum's after waiting 5 minutes and no service and place was filthy. What a refreshing place Wendy's was. Thank you much.“

“Im not a big fan of Wendy's but this put take specific location has always been a place I enjoy because its always super clean the staff are always great the food comes fast and the lobby is always quiet the owners and managers Seem to always seem to hire great employees becase the service is always great! Its the only Wendy's I will ever eat at in Amarillo other location not good nor clean and unfriendly staff but thus location has never failed me with excellent service from all staff and super clean lobby.“

“OMG the staff at Wendy's is the best. Destiny at the counter was the sweetest and the lady who prepared my salad knows what she's doing. They went above and beyond for me and my kids. The service was great and the food was so fresh and tasty. Thanks nights crew.“

I ordered a Double Dave's Deluxe, and the lettuce tomatoes and unyon ( onion) Were Very very Fresh,yet,sadly the Meat was dried out and a bit,,,well lettuce jus say it was Not As Fresh and Juicy az I'm use to from WENDYz!!!

“The lovely lady working the drive thru this morning needs to be recognized! She is always personable and smiling! The soda machine went down this morning and she went to the lobby and got me my Dr. Pepper so I can start my Monday off on a good note! Thank you!“

“Not sure about any of the bad reviews. Not a single time have we been disappointed. Fresh, hot food. The staff can bring a smile. The food always tastes great also. From the baked potatoes, to the burgers, to the chicken wraps; they all have tasted good. Then kick it up with frosty at the end.“

“What a nice guy, as I'm pulling through the drive-thru proceeding to go about my day after he hands me my bag he says hey I hope you have a great day and that not only lifted my spirits but made me smile and genuinely gave me a good day. I appreciate that“
