I love Popeyes but I despise Angleton Tx Popeyes...I don’t like one of the managers named Moses..He acts like we are the liars when our food is wrong and we want it replaced with the right order..I can’t tell you how many times I have tried to give this location a chance but it never fails that my order is wrong ..about 75% of the time it’s wrong and when I get home and find out it is , I call to let them know ..when they tell me to bring it back the guy named Moses is always...read full review
Last night I called in my order, they were busier in the drive through more than normal because of the new rules due to Coronavirus. As the car in front of me left so then it was my turn to move to the window, the employee working the drive through puts his hand out to tell me to hold up, then he proceeds to throw a silver platter onto the ground where the cars park. Tonight in the drive thru was given this drink holder that the MANAGER even said was a 5 drink holder. When I got it into my car it broke in half from the weight of 5 full drinks - spilt on my cell phone and the other two dumped in my floor board of my car. Manager wasn’t even wanting to give me replacement drinks because he said I already had possession of them. THIS IS NOT A DRINK HOLDER FOR 5 DRINKS! I was furious that this got all in my car
