She was very professional and she listened and was very polite bc I think I ordered wrongly in the first place. Now that to me is customer service and I used to be a waitress. We haven’t even cracked open the first juice yet, but I already have to give a shoutout to their customer service. It was absolutely top-notch! Friendly, helpful, and the kind of experience that makes you excited to come back. “Called in my order for pick up. Got there early like 35 minutes before so we decided we would wait until it was closer to our time to call and pick up. While we were waiting one of the delivery girls came out and she asked us about our order and said she would bring it right out. Therefore I didn't think I had to call and let them know we were there. After the time passed I decided to call. It took a good 10-15 minutes after our time to bring it out. When she came out. She handed us our food, took our card and came back with receipt walked away. We usually tip when we do carry out, but she didn't even give us time. She walked away. This was our first time doing carry out. I work around customers on a daily basis and this is not how customers should be treated. I was wrong for taking her word that she had our order. Either way we shouldn't have been treated this poorly.“
