It felt like the Prosper team didn’t care about their customers at all, while McKinney’s team went above and beyond to create a delightful experience.

If you’re craving Crumbl, skip the Prosper location and make the drive to McKinney—you won’t regret it. This location has restored my faith in the Crumbl brand, and I’ll definitely be back!“

I was short a few dollars and was scrambling to make it happen, but Diego took out his wallet and paid the remaining amount! He definitely needs a raise because they don’t make em like that anymore!“

“Noone knew how to make a freeze. I was asked what I wanted in it. Maybe the employees should know what is on their menu. We had to wait a while before we were even helped. No one was in line before us either. The poor little girl that was helping us kept asking for help and no one would help her or tell her how to make the dang freeze. Another customer finally told her. Management needs to ensure better training and maybe some training in customer service.“
