My order is right every time and I often select some weird combos, so good job!It gets busy sometimes if a ton of folks show up at once, but that’s understandable… expect it to take some time when it’s crowded.“

“I wanted to take a minute to thank DQ for hiring a young man named Chris. At the DQ on White Street in Anna Texas. This young man, knows what customer service is. I went through the drive through window and ordered some food and drove home, and found out that one of the main meals was not in the bag. I drove back, and that is when I talked to this very polite young man named Chris. I told him what the issue was, and just in his voice alone you could hear a sincere apology as he said I'm so sorry, ill fix that. He fix my order, and knew that when I got back home, my hamburger was going to be soggy and cold, so he also made another one for me. That is customer service, and because of this young man Chris and his professionalism and customer service, I will be making this DQ my go to burger spot, plus their burgers are great.
DQ, thank you for hiring Chris, you should be proud of all your employees and know that people like Chris work for you.

The store was spotless, and my order was ready quickly, even during a busy time. The cookies were absolute perfection—fresh, warm, and baked to just the right consistency. You can tell they really care about the quality of their product and their customer experience.

This is such a stark contrast to the terrible experience I had at the Prosper location. There, the service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and the cookies were underbaked and disappointing. It felt like the Prosper team didn’t care about their customers at all, while McKinney’s team went above and beyond to create a delightful experience.

If you’re craving Crumbl, skip the Prosper location and make the drive to McKinney—you won’t regret it. This location has restored my faith in the Crumbl brand, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“I’ve been going here for years and never have I experienced good service like Diego gave me! He is a sweet boy and a good employee. I was short a few dollars and was scrambling to make it happen, but Diego took out his wallet and paid the remaining amount! He definitely needs a raise because they don’t make em like that anymore!“

“Noone knew how to make a freeze. I was asked what I wanted in it. Maybe the employees should know what is on their menu. We had to wait a while before we were even helped. No one was in line before us either. The poor little girl that was helping us kept asking for help and no one would help her or tell her how to make the dang freeze. Another customer finally told her. Management needs to ensure better training and maybe some training in customer service.“

“I love our Braum’s in Melissa Tx.. They have fresh items to purchase inside plus you can order your meal and enjoy eating inside! My favorite is a large cup of Vanilla & Chocolate twist Yogurt!!
The service they provide is great quick!
