I LOVE panda express. I am always in the mood to get some panda's. I'm in love with their fried rice and orange chicken. So it brings me a heavy heart to say that this location is consistently lack luster on food quality. The first time I went to this location, I immediately noticed a drop in quality compared to other places. Usually don't have an issue with Panda but tonight I was told chow main would be a 5min wait I didn't mind since it would be fresh, I paid for my order and was told to park in front and they'd bring it to me in 5mins, 20 mins later I had to go in and get it myselfManagement shouldn't have to do everything, crew should have followed up just sad

The customer service of this place is absolutely awful. My daughter got a kids meal coupon LAST WEEK for being student of the month. Brought my whole family so she could use her coupon. They said it was expired and wouldn't honor it. Seriously?! They would rather me walk out and waste all our food order than just honor the dang coupon. So unprofessional and rude!
