When coming to a establishment where your hands are used 90% of the time you need to not be on your phone. A young white guy with brown hair and glasses was on his phone. Then only replaced his glove on his right hand and not left hand. Told the cashier a young blk girl and she kinda dismissed what I said and rolled her eyes saying he just changed his gloves when I watched what he did. I was redeeming my coupon for my birthday pretzel and was annoyed didn't eat it due to the dismissal...read full review
Be careful not to cut anyone off in line. The line is across the hall, and the cashier will call you forward. The pretzels will either be freshly made or have been sitting there for a while.
