“Our family has ordered Baskin Robbins, ice cream cakes for a number of years for family occasions. Last month, one of the cakes that we brought home apparently I've been in the freezer too long and had some freezer burn. Upon learning of the problem, the owner of this particular store, went way beyond expectations and working with me to replace the cake. She was very responsive, communicated well and delivered on her promise to give me replacement cake which we did this weekend for my daughter's birthday. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate her, the store and Baskin-Robbins . I offer my highest recommendation.“
