Baskin-Robbins at South Cooper Street offers exceptional ice cream cakes and a wide variety of high-quality ice creams. The store is clean, with friendly and knowledgeable staff providing excellent service. A warm brownie sundae with jamoca almond fudge was found to be basic but still enjoyable. Customers praised the helpful and friendly server, Rupika, for enhancing their experience.
