“I really needed an ice cream cake and was behind on making an order. Manager was so nice and helpful trying to find something they already had that would work. They didn’t have the baker on site to write happy birthday on the cake - which isn’t their fault it’s mine for bad planning! - but he still threw in some happy birthday candles for free to help me out. Great service!“
“This place is great, but can we for the love of God not put drinks in bags please! I had a poor customer's drink ruin her entire order because of this and I wasn't aware of it. This was months ago! I'm surprised enough people haven't complained to convince your workers to stop doing this. DRINKS do not go into BAGS!!“
