“I went to the drive thru. I have not been there for years. It was a pleasant surprise! I ordered the duo special with bacon cheeseburger and fries for 5 bucks. It was delivered hot and fresh. The server was very nice. I'll be back!!!“

She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. She handled my order with care, made sure everything was perfect, and even checked in to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find managers who truly care about their customers like this. “Eneyda was so PROFESSIONAL! After a horrible visit last night i decided to come in and speak to another manager. OWEN last night refused to remake my undercooked burgers! You know EVERYBODY is getting there food cooked well done nowawadays! I even seen a well done button for pizza at little Cesar’s !!! I wanted my burger to have the FLAMED grilled lines on it and cooked much longer than usual. He said he couldn’t do it like that and threw my bag at me. Only after i complained about getting food poisoning he refunded my food. The next day ENEYDA the GM was already aware and advise me she advise him a safe method to cook it longER!!!! YALL PLEASE SEND THIS LADY AROUND TO ADVISE ALLLL THE LOCATIONS!!!! I mean my burger looked like the commercial!!!! Nice and brown and the infamous flame grilled lines on my burger!!! THANK YOU ENEYDA!!! And I appreciate you acknowledging people like food coooooooked longer !“
