I ordered through the app and requested extra lettuce, cheese, cream, tomatoes. Did not get extra of any. This isn't the first time either. I ordered from this location a few times a week, requesting extras for the same things. Every time I open my burrito bowl. There's barely any extra of what I requested. Ridiculous.
as much as I love eating chipotle's, I'm embarrassed of opening my burrito bowl in front my coworker. make sure when eating here check to make sure your order is complete, because if you go back for missing items , it's like pulling teeth to get it, Do better

I've usually had a good experience at this location. Today the server did a good job with portions in the two bowls I ordered. I had a To Go order. I also ordered a bag of chips, however was quite disappointed once I got home (12 minute drive). I opened the bag of chips to see it only about one quarter full of chips. It looked like a nearly empty bag. From now on I will have to check the bag before paying. Usually the bag is about three quarter full. So I hope this location does...read full review
