“I haven't been in this one yet I was thinking about going but it looks like if you were there having your sandwich built you would see that they built it wrong and you would have made them fix it or not are refused to pay for it either one and some people say they're good some people say they're not according to when you go I guess I'm going to try it out though sounds like a good one especially the only one that I know of is 24 hours“

“Walked into Subway and this place was the cleanest one I have been to in quite a while. Sylvester was cleaning the glass where the food was being kept. You can tell he's very particular about his work and that's a good thing. His customer service was great as well. Thank you Sylvester for your great customer service. I will be visiting again.“

“When I went in subway the two young men were slightly busy. They were very professional, kind and work really fast!!! It’s not common now days so I was really impressed. The food was fresh and the place was clean. I will be back to this location.“
“Been going here non stop for a couple weeks now for work. Have to start out with since this new manager has started it's a different place. Food is always fresh, cookies are fresh, service is great, just all around great place to eat. I swore off subway for years before this and I'm glad I gave it another chance, this is the subway you want to go to!“

Last two times I have been to this location has been very disappointing.
Employees don't read instructions and they are rude when you come get your order. last 2 orders have been messed up and they won't ever correct it. Go to the location on Matlock and Arbrook or better yet Go to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse if you want a real sub.
Usually have bad experience at this location but today our family went and the man working was very polite and kind. Place was busy but he did an awesome job. Subs were made great and tasted delicious.

“Today, bayou cat doesn’t realize what they did. They made today a super special day and they don’t know how. My wife and I had a crawfish boil for our wedding, crawfish swim in our blood. They continued to make a big day even better by going above and beyond for my wife and I. Despite running around like crazy and still having to go to work, they took time out of their day for us. Thank you. We already were loyal customers, but we won’t ever stop spreading the good work of crawfish.“
“Wonderful Customer service is rare nowadays, thankfully Akhil reminded me beautifully of the service I missed. He took his time and was very patient, we even tried something that was not on the menu. He went out of his way for me today and was a gentleman through and through. “My fiancé’s truck broke down, and we got it to the parking lot of this Subway. While we were working on it, a very sweet employee offered us water and told us to come in if we needed some AC. I did not catch her name, but she provided kindness in a very stressful situation, which is rare these days. We will absolutely come back to this location.“
“Went there for a quick lunch while waiting for my car to be worked on, food is what you expect from Subway, pretty good but the ladies behind the counter that day were very friendly and engaging so that was a nice reprieve from just expecting to show up, order and pay with minimal interaction.
I also had the new footlong Oreo cookie, highly recommend but definitely share cause it is rich!“

“I just walked in later than I would have preferred ,but before closing time, and I was helped by a gentleman who was kind, understanding, helpful, and attentive. His communication skills were great. I don’t recall this young man’s name but I wanted to express how great of an experience I had. I haven’t tried the food but the good customer service deserves the 5 stars anyways.“

“Visited this Subway by chance. The service was great. We immediately got our sandwiches made. The lady checked on us after we got served and decided to eat in. Most of the tables had crumbs on them and needed to be cleaned off. It would help if someone sweep up.“

“They only take orders on app wouldn't take the paper Coupons. Sad. I had BoGo footlong sub w Drink that wasn't what was on the app. Tension got higher w the one I was with. Because I feel technically challenged. But you watermelon w cucumber juice was delicious too.“
