Subway in Arlington

“The young man that was working today did amazing job ! He had over 6 customers with multiple sandwiches each ! The young man had no help what so ever . To the owner … I always go to your subway and it’s never help in there . The young man looked so overwhelmed but handled everything very well . Please get him some help .“

“Came in a few before my shift at work and it was pretty packed, with three of us to one employee. He was extremely fast and efficient. It took less than 5 for us to start ordering, and even less for it to be made. He was great in making sure everyone was well taken care of. First time was great.“

“Been going here non stop for a couple weeks now for work. Have to start out with since this new manager has started it's a different place. Food is always fresh, cookies are fresh, service is great, just all around great place to eat. I swore off subway for years before this and I'm glad I gave it another chance, this is the subway you want to go to!“

“Great service very friendly employees, might need to be specific on how you want your sandwich, I feel like they just need to work on their meat expectations. I always ask to warm the food up before placing on the sandwich. But everything is great!

Vegetarian options: They have different wraps and salad bowls you can always choose to not take meat with your meals.

Dietary restrictions: Their might be some decent choices on what you can chose from, like bowls and wraps etc.

Parking: Easy to notice and park. Right in the front entry doors

Kid-friendliness: They have different options like a kid sized sandwich, or pizzas as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pretty sure the wheelchair accessibility is there, I can't remember noticing a ramp type of sidewalk but I believe there is one“

“Great service and this young lady was extremely detailed and incredible in filling the order!!! She's the one from Burleson was 5 plus stars for customer service and great with conversation while making a sandwich. Absolutely would give 10 stars if able. Thanks for the great lunch and service“

“Wonderful Customer service is rare nowadays, thankfully Akhil reminded me beautifully of the service I missed. He took his time and was very patient, we even tried something that was not on the menu. He went out of his way for me today and was a gentleman through and through. “Today, bayou cat doesn’t realize what they did. They made today a super special day and they don’t know how. My wife and I had a crawfish boil for our wedding, crawfish swim in our blood. They continued to make a big day even better by going above and beyond for my wife and I. Despite running around like crazy and still having to go to work, they took time out of their day for us. Thank you. We already were loyal customers, but we won’t ever stop spreading the good work of crawfish.“

I don't have anything overly great or negative to say about this particular address. The service was good, the food was good, pricing was good — it was a Subway exactly as you would expect. And that's what I was expecting and am satisfied. Nice work.“

“It was surprisingly great. Despite living in the neighborhood right behind it my entire life and seeing this subway there, I’ve never been here. I only decided to go because I was given a gift card and saw that they have BOGO, but that probably won’t be my last time now. I ordered through the app and got there not too long after. It wasn’t busy and there was this older lady making my order. Even if it wasn’t the quickest, the food was done right. It was built neatly and the amount of toppings they put in was perfect to what I wanted. The place was pretty nice inside and they made sure to ask you if you wanted anything else just in case you might forget and then remember later when it’s too late.

“Being that this is a Subway, you should know what to expect. Thankfully, this location is an above average one thanks to the service.The sandwiches are pretty generically good. You'll get all the usual from veggie, too spicy Italian, to clubs, and meatball subs. What you don't get at other locations is the friendly staff. I was greeted, thanked, and even chatted with while my food was being prepared. The worker even noted that he keeps the food sealed until customers arrive to prevent contamination or the occasional stray bug. That detail oriented thinking sets this location above others. Am definitely happy to return here.

“They only take orders on app wouldn't take the paper Coupons. Sad. I had BoGo footlong sub w Drink that wasn't what was on the app. Tension got higher w the one I was with. Because I feel technically challenged. But you watermelon w cucumber juice was delicious too.“

“Been here twice I'm at the hotel just behind subway. The place was cool with great AC which was appreciated since I walked ,nicer than most fast food atmosphere. Clean friendly staff with a fast sandwich they put on plenty of toppings fresh tasty ,seating was comfortable.“
