This was our first time dinning at VII Kitchen. We arrived early and there wasn't any customer inside, but the place seem comfortable and inviting. The food arrived promptly and hot, the food did appeared to over seasoned and priced high. Plus they don't offer discounts.
Things they should work on.Answering the phone. I called repeatedly before and during business hours, and it took hours to get someone to answer the phone. Then they were extremely short with you.Reservations - I attempted to make reservations early on Saturday for Sunday. After calling numerous times between me and a friend, I was finally able to get someone on the phone who refused to make the reservation and said to book it online. Absolutely enjoyed myself! I celebrated my birthday with them on Taco Tuesday and absolutely loved it! Our waitress Kay was nothing short of amazing! Great attitude, awesome personality, and an all around warming spirit....she fit right into my crazy crew, she family now Lol. Every time I've gone I've enjoyed myself, will definitely be back.
