“I come here often, with or without my family. Gil here is super friendly, personal, and helpful. I get my girls to walk a mile here to earn a treat and then we will usually play some chess or some of the board games they have available there in the cafe.“

“Super cute place with great boba tea, hand dipped ice cream and yummy desserts. The owner and staff are very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.“
“Stopped by and ordered through the kiosk. Tried the Chrysanthemum Ginger Honey hot tea, Milk Thai Tea (iced) and the Coconut Iced Latte... I order 75% sweet on my iced drinks. My throat and soul automatically felt better after that hot tea. Fast and friendly service. Will be back!“

“I love the Thai Tea from here! My husband usually gets a chocolate shake. I used to love the donuts, but unfortunately they no longer offer them. I hope they bring them back, because they were so good! I also miss the old punch card rewards.“

“Totally Tea is an amazing boba shop, but what really makes it stand out is Sandra. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. She took the time to answer my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and genuine friendliness made the whole experience so much better. It's rare to come across someone who clearly cares about their customers the way Sandra does. The drinks were delicious, the boba was perfectly chewy, and the service was outstanding. I'll definitely be coming back, especially because of the excellent customer service Sandra provides. She truly deserves recognition for the great job she does!“

“There was a roach in my tea at this location… I’ve never been more disgusted in my life. Just trying to save anyone else from the experience, take your business elsewhere.“
