“The employees were friendly but I was upset that after we placed our order, they didn't call us or bring food to us. We had to go up there & the food had gotten cold. I'm disabled & I was in pain that day.Also, the handicapped bathroom had two big spots of water standing. I was careful & didn't fall but that is an accident waiting to happen.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is only 2 disabled spots & they have made those into pickup for the to go orders.“
“I have not been to this subway in a while due to it going down hill so fast over the years. Tonight I seen a new worker, Patrick Harris behind the counter, so we stopped in to see how it would go this time. He was so polite and was working very hard to keep things clean and organized as he made out sandwiches. He made the experience wonderful wich is something the subway here has been lacking for a long time. They seem to be working hard to turn the reputation around! They are on the right path! Will definitely stop by here again!“
