This location needs to be shut down. Bunch of little kids that don’t know what work ethic is. Sat in line waiting for food for 15 min, got home to old chicken and fries. Guess the corn nuggets took 15 min to cook
Horrible, horrible, horrible! These people cannot get an order right to save their life! They rudely rush you through your order, then you wait 15 minutes to pay and get your food. Only to get home with half of what you ordered and paid for. Ridiculous! How about you hire people that can actually do the job and do it right?!

We came in to eat. Order a 7 pieces tender meal and a 2 piece chicken. Went up once and was told it had to cook 11 minutes, waited again, total wait was 30 minutes, canceled order and left. The girl at the front counter was no help. We love Chicken Express, but we will not be going back to this one. Horrible service.
