Cuban sandwiches are my favorite type of sandwich so when I saw that on the menu I just had to get one! The bread on the sandwich was amazing. I could have just eaten it by itself. Some of the pork pieces were dry and chewy. I think next time I might prefer a grilled cheese so that it would be the perfect sandwich. I also ordered a pistachio macaron. It was either not real pistachio or laced with almond flavoring of some kind because the pistachio ganache flavor was not very good...read full review
Once you enter this bakery, it would seem like Austin is 1000 miles behind you, and you are suddenly in the middle of a Paris bakery somewhere and your challenge will be having to pick what you really like. I had a pastry which my rusty brain isn’t allowing to recall but I remember how delighted I was. The fresh and quality ingredients were evident in each bite. I also had an excellent latte with my pastry.

The opera cake was excellent: clear flavors of coffee, chocolate, and nuts, with a buttercream that melts cleanly on the tongue. All else left much to be desired. The macaron was oddly gummy; the fruit tart felt overly dense; and the iced Americano was so over-roasted and watered down I had to chuck it in the trash. The front-facing seats are excellent for people-watching.
