everything about this place is usuallf great! but…
not so sure why i got the egg drop instead of my usual hot and sour, but i decided to give it a go…..
almost inedible :( way too salty. i had to literally double the amount of water and add some cornstarch to make it alright, and the egg was already scant so this threw off the ratio even more.
I love going to the bamboo bistro. The food is always delicious.Especially the happy family. The staff is always friendly. The food gets prepared in a timely manner. It's definitely worth going out of your way for. My favorite chinese restaurant without a doubt
