Not bad! Tried this food truck out today and was very pleased. Had the steak taco on corn, was ok, not bad, and a potato, bacon and cheese taquito -which was the absolute winner! Big taquito, delish crispy tortilla, yummy melted/crisped cheese with bacon laid on top. The only thing that was missing was a lime on the side.
Big Taquito is a must try ?? decided to try their signature taquitos (potato and chicken) along with bistek and pastor mini tacos. The owner was really kind. He gave us explanations about their menu items which made ordering easier.The taquitos were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Potato taquito was something that I have never tasted before and it was delicious. The chicken taquito was also the best I've had.The mini tacos were juicy and tender.
