The manger on Saturday night (short African American lady) excellent customer service
The service here leaves a LOT to be desired. When they initially opened, we were excited and had a great time, however my last two visits have been disappointing. They often run out of food, the service is slow and lackadaisical at best. While our server Elyana was very nice and responsive, we often saw her sitting down at a table with friends while we waited almost 45 minutes for hookah. Did I mention the bathrooms . . . Disgusting.
