I scheduled an appointment last week and confirmed my appointment today 8/30/2024 in advance. When I arrived at 8:30am and checked in on my phone at the 1601 Trinity St Bldg. A, Austin, TX 78712 location, it said I was checked in and to wait on a text that I never received. I approached the front desk and was told by the lady at the front desk (who didn't care about providing any help) that the clinic was closed because the phlebotomist was not coming in and I could try next Tuesday. No solution was provided, no calls were made, and there was no attempt to get me in somewhere else. As a healthcare professional myself, this business practice is unacceptable and unprofessional.
QUEST always out performs this company in strides.

While the healthcare is excellent the stress and confusion involved in finding the location makes an already stressful experience (anything to do with American healthcare) 1000x worse. Please add some simple directions or faq’s in an easy-to-find spot on your website, or maybe make it an automatic message on your answering service. Also, if you call your building something specific, maybe post that info in the appointment confirmation?Logistical considerations matter. You’re decreasing the likelihood folks will come when they need to just because of the anxiety caused with finding y’all.

Finding where your 'clinic' is in this complex is confusing. And then figuring out if it is actually legally accountable to UT or Ascention Seton is a nightmare. Honestly they need to quit trying to split things up. Oh and letting a very badly-trained 'resident' is a very bad idea.

I went here to get Evusheld. The directions given were confusing but with the help of the parking attendant, we found it. The cafe was small but had great organic chai tea. Food options were very few. The staff were nice in Subgroup G on the 8th floor.

The care here is excellent!I see Dr.Bertelson, neurology; Dr.Johnson, orthopedics and acupuncture; Dr.MacClements, Primary Care. The blood lab and imaging is here also. Everyone cares about how you feel. In 5 years, I have never had a bad or upsetting visit!
