One of Texas' top coffee trailers...
Went here for their espresso class, it was so great!! Rosa was awesome at both explaining things and demonstrating techniques. Even as someone who has been fairly deep down the espresso rabbit hole since COVID, I still learned a ton about how to evaluate my shots and troubleshoot if the taste is off. Highly highly recommend it for anyone interested in coffee.
