I reviewed this restaurant 4 years ago. Back then it was a local, neighborhood Chinese restaurant with reasonable pricing and good basic Chinese food. We don't make it to this part of town often, so I hadn't eaten here for a while - until today. This place is an entirely different experience now than it was then.
