The quality of the food and service has gotten terrible on the 7th street location in the last year. 25-30 minute drive through wait, not having a flavor of milkshake advertised then being handed a separated milkshake in a broken cup so they double cupped it. Receiving chicken patty that were so dry and tough they were inedible and finally 10+ dollars for a sandwich with no drink or side, which would be fine if the quality of food and service were not so poor. Visited the Austin airport location yesterday & was so disappointed! Wasn’t till after I ordered I saw everything was premade & sitting. The tater tots were cold & soggy. The bun tasted stale, as well. I didn’t have time to buy anything else between flights but I would definitely not recommend or eat here again.
