Knowing how slow service is at this location from previous visits I placed my order before leaving hotel at 0530 for the available pickup time of 0550 for a simple quad shot americano. Waited additional 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time before order was started and completed. The staff are polite however they do not move with any expediency at all.
