I hate coming to this location for personal orders, for door dash orders, for any reason really, because of the white haired lady at the front counter. She’s always so rude, and slams stuff around and sighs and makes me feels insignificant. At first I tried to tell myself she was having a bad day, but after several runs from this store, I think maybe she just hates me. ?
All the people leaving bad reviews must not be a true austinite. I was born and raised in Austin my whole life (24 years) and gattis continues to be my favorite. Tastes just how it would when I was a kid and never disappoints!

I called to place my order to pick up and Thelma answered who proceeded to let me know very clearly through her tone and exasperated sighs that I was inconveniencing her by placing my order. Every question I asked received snarky replies as well. I love Gatti's Pizza but if this is the person they allow to be the face of this location, I'll not be returning.
