“Have lived in Austin for 3 years and are leaving this weekend to move to Colorado. We decided to do a take-out order as one of our last meals! Unfortunately there were several things left out of our bag so we were a little upset.That being said what we had the German Wurst Board and Beef Tips were Excellent. My husband called to complain about what was missing but it was during dinner service so he called back today and spoke with the manager Garret. We received a terrific apology and our bill was comped. We headed back down this afternoon for one of the missing items the Giant Pretzel it is a 10 and we have traveled to Germany many times. You can't beat great food and customer service no wonder they have been in business for so many years....“
