Today was my 2nd time having breakfast at this place with 2 dear friends. And for the 2nd time, Carlos waited on us with very cheerful demeanor, cordial and professional attention. I asked him for recommendation (again), and again he suggested a great dish, bountiful fare and great "agua fresca".
Ask for Carlos on your visit to "Hacienda Jalisco" on Pond Springs Rd.

Los Chilaquiles was such a delight breakfast. Nos atendió Carlos, muy amable, muy atento a su trabajo, muy buen mesero que nos recomendó varias comidas. Si van am comer a este lugar, pidan que los atienda Carlos.
I just ate here for the first time today. I had the pollo en mole. It was the BEST mole I have ever had in a restaurant, and I am super critical of mole. Their menu was extensive and it was very authentic interior Mexican cuisine. I can't wait to go back!!!! 100% delicious! The food was super fresh as well. Amazing food!
