Great service and great food! I’ll be back for sure ❤️
The customer service was horrible at the one on7th street. I tipped / dropped the corn cup when I was getting my payment and the lady not only charged me for it but said that it was my fault and that if I wanted another one, I’d have to pay for it… very rude! Never tasted the elote and will not be returning here and neither will my friends/family.
Today went by to purchase a Elote. I’ve seen really good reviews so wanted to give it a try. My elote tasted old and I went back inside and politely asked for a refund. I was told I could not get a refund and my only option was to throw it away so I did so.
I don’t recommend this place. I understand the no refunds but I feel I could have been offered a different item on the menu. Very disappointed.
