If I was just reviewing the drinks and atmosphere, I’d have given it 5 stars. The food was just okay, unfortunately. The guac with mango salsa with banana chips was great! It’d get that again. The tacos and quesadillas unfortunately were lacking in flavor, especially the short rib taco. Bartender was nice and it’s a cool set up overlooking the Paramount Theater. I’d come back here for drinks and apps but not food.
Demetrie and Mariella were the most friendliest and welcoming bar tenders. Not only did they have solid recommendations on what to do in Austin but they also made sure our time at the bar was a blast 10/10 would come again.
Excellent food and drinks. The service was incredible! Tons of great gluten free and vegan options - celiac safe!

Heydey Social Club is a cool spot overlooking the Paramount Theater, known for its drinks and atmosphere. Bartenders are friendliest and welcoming, giving solid recommendations and making the bar a blast. The guac with mango salsa with banana chips is great, while tacos, quesadillas and short rib taco lack flavor. Food is mostly nice hors d'oeuvres and the shake some nice cocktails. The Mexican martini is perfect and the popcorn and chips are delicious. Views are spectacular with patio seating, making it a chill cocktail night for friends. Staff are polite, professional and attentive. Overall a nice experience.
