KFC in Austin

“Late night snack after a long time. It's not easy to have a late-night snack in the United States. When I was in Korea, I often ate at KFC... It's been 3 years since I came to the US, and this was my first time eating KFC. I was worried because people said the style was very different from Korea, but it was delicious. I ordered it after 10pm and picked it up at the drive-in. I think it was ready in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the fill-up menu and the sauces were KFC sauce, BBQ sauce, original ranch and honey mustard, and KFC and honey mustard suited my taste. The biscuits were delicious and the chicken was good too. The only thing that's disappointing is that in Korea, biscuits and strawberry jam are served... but there was no strawberry jam here. However, since I ate it at home thanks to the contribution, it tasted good when I ate it with the jam I bought. Haha, I need to use it sometimes.“

“I went to KFC for an early lunch, had the 3 pc combo meal, the chicken was great as it was juicy and most, the employee who took my order was friendly which I appreciated, the prices for the food I ordered were moderate as I know the big meals at KFC can get very spendy (it was that way even well before COVID).

Overall I had a great experience at KFC and will definitely go back.“

“For what it is, being fast food kfc it was good and hot. Glad hot Wings and wedges are back. Lady server seemed annoyed by everything I asked. Like i shouldn't have asked for the bbq sauce I paid extra for. Or hungry for the biscuits she got though. I'll go back for hot Wings and wedges. Oh got nuggets and fries too. They were okay, hot though. The kids liked them.“

“The order did not take long. And the chicken was great, the biscuits, and the side orders too!I recommend this business over others in the same local area. As the last time Popeyes chicken was tried in that area, upset stomach was the result.“

“This is based on my experience and this place to me is great.Many others have told me this is the worst KFC because of service, speed, and management.When I went, they were fast, fresh, and friendly. I ALWAYS order the something, so maybe that is why it isn't complicated to process. NONE the less they are great for me.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps, but no door to automatically open, if there was I couldn't find it.“

“After being disappointed at another KFC I drove 20 minutes to this location and was pleasantly surprised.

Food was hot. Employees were kind and professional.

Food was good.

“Came here after a long day of crappy events. Tried to keep my head up knowing it wouldn’t continue it has to turn at some point… well it didn’t and i gave up. Figured food might help. The guy who helped me out at the window he had such high energy and positivity i couldn’t help but smile. Think he is the manager heard him talking spanish with his employee and was shocked at how fluent he was but moreso how he treated his employee. The energy was so positive shoot i kind of wanna work there. I just let him know right now he is doing a great job and the mans name is Pat. Just goes to show a little kindness and positivity can really turn around a perfect strangers day. This is above and beyond the job type stuff. Great job Pat! Def will be back!“
