“I had a really good experience at this KFC, which honestly surprised me a bit based on what I had heard before. I ordered the value box with a few extras, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be. The snackers had plenty of chicken, the nuggets were a good size, and I got a nice portion of crispy fries. The Taco Supremes were also fresh and had a great crunch to them.
My drink was fresh and the order was complete, including all the sauces I needed. It was actually a big improvement compared to what I was expecting going in, and it felt like the kitchen was really on top of things even with a value meal. Overall, everything was tasty, fresh, and satisfying. This visit definitely changed my impression of this location in a positive way.“
“At first, I'm not gonna lie. I was having trouble with this location. It wasn't their fault. It was a glitch in maybe the app. I was heated, I wasn't the kind is human. I was rude. It wasn't a good time for me. I know I have a part. To play in that myself
After experiencing. A very unpleasant time and experience I had the general manager Ryan personally reach out to me and help me fix my concerns. He talked to me calmly with great customer service that made me really take time to look inside myself. It wasn't his fault. The app is not working, and maybe I could have been the kinder human He was very respectful. I'm able to help me get what I believe is fair. All I wanted to do was feed my family with the deals that pop up on face book and convinced me to download the app and become a kfc member !!!
I can say after today I will not be a KFC member the app is useless 😑
But I will be a KFC customers if there's one thing this company did right is hire there manager hes a good human who was down to earth and i appreciate him he will be the only reason I return eating here !!!“
“Food was hot and fresh. Packaging was nicely presentable, order was 100% correct. Wish that I had some napkins! Because fried Chicken is messy! I also ordered fried pickles and they were fresh and crispy- made to order. Associates were very professional and friendly. I would definitely visit this location again as well as recommend it to others.“
“I had such a great experience with this KFC location in Alamo Ranch that I felt I had to share. I placed a large catering order early in the morning for a division potluck, and shortly after, the store manager, Felicia, personally called me to confirm all the details.
She didn’t just verify the order, she really took the time to make sure we had enough food for everyone and even suggested adjustments to avoid us running short. I wasn’t able to go in or pay over the phone at that moment, but she worked with me to make sure everything still came together smoothly.
When we picked up the order, everything was packaged carefully and ready on time. You could tell there was real attention to detail behind it. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared about making sure our event was successful.
On top of that, she also shared helpful information about future catering options, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to experience this level of customer service, especially in a fast food setting. Felicia went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Huge thank you to her and the team for making our event a success!“
“Love the chicken pot pie with a side of coleslaw and the recipes for both are still the same...food came quickly and pot pie was fresh and hot with the perfect balance of veggies and gravy and meat and that flaky crust..I do not eat Traders Joe overpriced junk food.

“The service is always an issue here. Always. Been here 6 times and every single time there's some type of problem. There's always something wrong with the order. I had placed an order there and they tried to send me to another location saying it was over there. I went inside and talked to the manager and said I was right.“
“It was a nice KFC. Friendly workers good chicken. Clean. Big pieces. I saw a sign that they have 4.99 meal deals. That's cheap. Our meal for 2 was 2 breasts, 1 thigh, 2 fries, 2 biscuits, and a crispy chicken sandwich (yes it was too much food) for $19.90 including tax.“
“dined in at 130pm on 2/22. store was very clean, staff very friendly and the food was amazing. i got a spicy bacon twister combo and a 4pc apple pie bites. the chicken was hot and fresh as well as the fries and the strips they used for the twister itself were huge, best kfc ive had in years. my only complaint would be the apple pie bites were awful. basically just pasty bites with very little apple flavor but i dont put that on the staff at all, kfc as a corporation needs to hop in the kitchen and figure out some better desert options, like i said though i don't put that on the working staff.“
“Stopped by tonight for dinner about an hour before close. Anthony was the manager in duty and took care of me. He advised me as soon as I got to the window that I may have to wait due to fresh chicken being made. I was happy he set an expectation and didn't make an excuse. He was even quick to apologize for me having to wait. Long story short he was able go the extra mile and made sure my fiancé and I didn't have to wait. He was cheerful, humble and made it an overall great experience. Thank you Anthony for doing a great job and exemplified customer service. I will definitely be back again, thank you again Anthony!°“
“chicken was good and the breading was perfect.
update: so i came back a second time to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and sure enough the original recipe was made exactly how it's supposed to be made, tender meat and and perfect breading not dried out. the other locations could learn a thing or two from this place. no super fancy lobbies and gimmicks, just chicken. made right.“
