I love La Madeline restaurants. My food was correct and tasted great. The reason for the -1 star for this location in particular is the first location i’ve ever seen not so put together. Seemed like they are under staffed. You could see/feel the tension from staff scrambling to do so many things. The front counter didn’t have anyone there to greet or service customers. The line where you grab your soups etc. looked so dark and kinda dirty. Besides the initial vibes, my food...

Im pretty sure everyone already knows how amazing this restaurant is. Everything is super fresh and homemade. The cheese on top of the French Onion Soup is seared with a culinary torch rite Infront of you. They have a nice warm and cozy fireplace. The seating is perfect. Not crowded. The service is top notch. I highly recommended! It's also wheelchair accessible.

Eating in is fine too, but usually I order things to go. I do love how they play a repeated way to speak French when you listen to what's playing in the restroom... I love their potato soup but all of them are great. The caesar salad is delicious! My family also is a big fan of the chicken parisien sandwich. And we love the Sacher torte.
