Thus is everything I was hoping for, I will definitely come back at a less busy time to get a chance to talk about everything they have to offer.
an almost absurd breadth of choice that somehow feels curated rather than chaotic. You pick one, you sip, you marvel. At around twenty-two dollars a shot, this is not casual drinking — but then, neither is the mezcal. You're paying for access to bottles most bars wouldn't dare stock, and for the most part, it earns it.
