Moonshine Grill is a great find with a festive and chill atmosphere, offering different dining rooms and bar options, including a private reserve bar downstairs and a patio bar outside. The complimentary popcorn is a win, and the food is delicious. The St Louis style ribs are ridiculously good, falling off the bones with flavorful meat that doesn't even need the sauce. The horseradish crusted salmon is cooked to perfection, complemented by a lemon dill butter sauce. The chicken and waffles are a hit with fluffy, buttery waffles, although the chicken breading could use more seasoning. The Rainbow trout is delicious, especially with the cornbread stuffing on top.
