The entrance was weird and hard to find. Hit some locked doors and thought it was for Hilton guests only. It's not, and thankfully I love tacos enough to have figured that out. Just have to enter through the main lobby.I'm a guy who loves a good carne asada. I am also critical of poor carne asada. This was hands down the BEST carne asada I've ever had. We ate at the Austin Taco Project because we were at a conference across the street and also staying at the hotel. I ordered the roasted broccoli quesadilla. It was so good! We let the waitress know we were on a time crunch and she started working on our tickets as soon as our food was delivered. We were in and out in 45 minutes. We all wished we were served chips and salsa when we were seated, but overall the entire experience was fantastic.

In town for SXSWEDU and ate lunch at Austin Taco project for 3 of the 4 days I was in town! The food was great and despite it being ridiculously busy during the conference, the service was pretty good. They also have really good gluten free options.
