Bee was such a delight! It was our first time buying nespresso and she walked us through the whole menu, telling us her favorites, went over tasting notes, and tips and tricks to optimize pod usage! She was funny and personable, and I will be shopping at the nespresso store vs online so I can chat with her! Thanks for a great first experience, Bee!
The staff are always helpful and patient as we try to find what we want. I never feel like im a bother.
Always fast service for my coffee capsule orders. The weekends can be a lot more crowded than weekdays but the wait times are not too bad.
